How long does delivery take?

Delivery time is shown on each product page and varies by product — typically 2–7 business days for EU-stocked items and 10–15 business days for internationally shipped items.

What does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is €10.59 per order. Shipping is free on orders of €134 or more; details are on our shipping page.

Yes — shipping is free on orders of €134 or more (after any discounts). Below that, the standard €10.59 shipping fee applies.

How do returns work?

As an EU consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. You pay the return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered. See our return policy for the details.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure card payments processed by Stripe. Your card details never touch our servers.

Are prices shown with VAT?

Yes — all prices include 25% Danish VAT. There are no hidden charges at checkout.
