• Account and order data — the email, name, delivery and billing address, and phone number you provide when you create an account or place an order.
• Order and payment data — the details of what you bought. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your full card details.
• Newsletter data — if you subscribe, your email address and a record of your consent (when and where you subscribed).
• Analytics — privacy-friendly, first-party usage analytics collected only after you accept analytics in the cookie banner. No third-party trackers, no fingerprinting, and no storage of your IP address.

• To process, deliver and manage your orders.
• To provide customer support and answer your questions.
• To send transactional order emails (confirmations, shipping and returns updates).
• To send marketing emails — only if you subscribed to our newsletter.

We share personal data only where needed to run the shop: with the suppliers and carriers that fulfil and deliver your orders, with Stripe to process payments, and with Brevo to deliver our emails. We do not sell your personal data.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary — to handle your orders, to meet our legal and accounting obligations, and, for analytics, for a limited retention period.
